We have had a very positive experience building our home with Kuriger Builders. We found Conrad and his team to be most helpful in realising the concepts and design through a consultative process throughout the project. Kuriger Builders’ experience, flexibility and attention to detail, with a focus on points of difference, has meant that we have a functional and personalised home. We are delighted with our new home in Tauranga and this is a result of the team’s methodical planning ensuring that there were no unpleasant surprises. In regard to costs there is a detailed cost schedule with transparency to both parties. The building team and selected sub-contractors showed a professional approach to the site and building works, maintaining a clean and tidy site, and in a courteous manner. As absentee owners we appreciated Kuriger Builders’ ability to deal with 360 degrees of the project’s elements on our behalf, including architect, council, consulting engineers and the use of innovative materials and techniques.
