Conrad Kuriger
Completed apprenticeship in Taranaki obtaining Trade and Advanced Trade Certificates.
Established Kuriger Builders Taranaki 1981 to 2014, Smith and Sons Renovations 2008 to 2016 and Kuriger Builders Tauranga 1997 to 2025 (Current)
Work Experience includes all nature of Housing, Commercial and Farm Buildings.
Member of Master Builders for 38 years. Trained over 50 apprentices.
Awarded 90+ Master Builders HOY and Architects awards, winning 5 National titles
A builder for 52 years and operated own business for 44 years.
Dave Anderson-Smith
Dave began his building career in Te Puke, Bay of Plenty, completing his apprenticeship in the commercial sector before heading overseas in 1997.
In London, he transitioned to renovating high-end period homes and eventually established his own building company.
During this time, he met his wife and started a family, welcoming two daughters.
After 17 years abroad, they made the decision to return to New Zealand in 2014 and settle in Tauranga, where they added a son to the family.
Dave joined Kuriger Builders soon after and was later invited by Conrad to become a co-owner. He is passionate about craftsmanship and continues to expand his expertise, including achieving Passive House qualifications.
